However, due to implemented COVID 19 Prevention and Safety Protocols at our facility, you-our valued clients, may have experienced huge delays in getting through to us by phone or email and those of you with appointments may have had longer wait times.

This is a trying time for all of us and we graciously ask for your patience as the average wait on hold can be up to 20 minutes or longer and it may take 24-48 hours for us to respond to emails, online medication requests and in some cases text messages.
