COVID 19 Changes & Updates – EFFECTIVE MONDAY 6/15/2020

EFFECTIVE MONDAY 6/15/2020

We will begin to allow a small number of clients into the building with the following rules and requirements:

  • The client is free and clear of any symptoms related to Coronavirus
  • The client has not been exposed to anyone that has tested positive for
    Coronavirus in the past 14 days
  • A face mask must be worn at all times
  • Before entry a temperature check will be done by temporal scanner
  • The client maintains proper social distancing with the staff at all times
  • Entry into the building will take place at the front door
  • Exit will be made through the side door
  • Admittance into the building will be restricted to allow only clients with
    emergencies or appointments in
  • Clients that have pets that are coming in for non-appointments (walk-ins
    to see the vet, vaccine boosters, nails, gland expression) will be asked to
    wait in their car as before
  • Clients that have pets coming in for a drop off service (drop off exams,
    anesthetic procedures, grooming, boarding) will be asked to wait in their
    car as before. Once the pet has been picked up, please promptly and
    safely exit the lot so that other customers can park.

IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THE PROGRESS THAT WE HAVE MADE IN OUR FIGHT TO STOP THE SPREAD OF THE CORONAVIRUS, WE ASK FOR ALL CLIENTS TO PLEASE CONSIDER CONTINUNG TO REFRAIN FROM COMING INTO THE BUILDING AS BEFORE EVEN IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT.
